Our name, Coyaba, comes from the Arawak Indian word meaning “a place of ease and rest where time is spent feasting and dancing—a kind of paradise.”  Since 1982 when we opened our villa rental company, we’ve lived up to that spirit, exploring the globe in search of breathtaking destinations, romantic hideaways, luxury escapes, and rare cultural gems.  With executive-level experience in travel, hospitality, and tourism, and deep relationships with key decision-makers worldwide, we turn ordinary excursions into extraordinary experiences.

This isn’t a side hustle—it’s our life’s work.  We have been affiliated with four- and five-star hotels and resorts, luxury villas and condominiums, private estates and islands, airlines, etc..  We know the ins and outs of the business and have built and continue to enjoy long-term strategic alliances with decision-makers who are instrumental in helping us to take your trip from just meh to outstanding.
